Work Team Signup - Feb. 18th to 28th or Feb. 28th to March 10th

Greetings all.

For those of you who are definitely planning to go to Haiti with us:

·         I would like to hear from you regarding which dates you would like to go-Feb 18-28, or Feb 28-Mar10.

·         I trust you have, or have applied for a passport.

·         I would like a copy of your passport main page, and need the correct spelling of your name and your birthdate. These should all match with your passport.

·         I trust you have received medical advice regarding travel, and have your shots started and prescriptions for other medications.

·         We would like your $100.00 deposit by the 15^th if possible. Make it payable to St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids, and send it to them. Please let me know when you have done this.

·         If money is an issue, please let me know. We have funding available to defray expenses.

For those who are still on the fence for this trip:

·         Please prayerfully consider the trip—it can change your life.

·         Feel free to contact me to talk about it.

·         Please know this—we would LOVE to have you along.

For those who have no intention of going:

·         Because I have your e-mail, or you have expressed a desire to be kept in the loop, you are receiving this e-mail.

·         Please pray for our group, make contributions to St. Stephen’s with “Haiti” in the memo line, donate stuff for the trip-more on that at a later date.
